Dear Nadine Now that life has settled down just a little, Inge and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for helping us find our perfect new home in North Carolina. After a few phone conversations and E-mails with you, Inge and I were confident you could meet our needs. We expected to fly down from Connecticut for a weekend, have you show us a few houses and then fly back down in a couple of weeks to look at more. WOW, were we ever surprised! By the time we met you on Saturday morning, you had done your homework, you knew what we were looking for and you were prepared. You had a boatload of houses scheduled to show us. You had community demographics and gave us tours of the areas. You had weekend access to attorneys and other folks we needed to talk with. You even had snacks, sodas and water in your van. By three o'clock on Sunday, we found the house of our dreams, signed a contract and closed the deal. On Monday morning you allowed us to use your office fax and phone to get the financing in place and by one o'clock that afternoon we were on a plane back to Connecticut. As you know, buying or selling a home can be a very time consuming and nerve-racking experience for the customer. But, you turned what could have been a very unproductive weekend into a wonderful experience. But most important, after a twenty-year career in Association Management and Chamber of Commerce work, I know quality customer service. You get a FIVE STAR rating from us.
